Harney, former Managing Director of the USOC's Games and Organizational Support Division and most recently Senior International Advisor, will head the new division that combines the USOC's International Relations and the U.S. Olympic Committee Chief of Sport Performance Jim Scherr announced today the creation of a new International Affairs Division and named Greg Harney Managing Director of the division.
